Pool Use and Safety: The pool is available from 7 am to 22 pm. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near the pool. No diving or running around the pool area. Please shower before entering the pool. Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. No Parties or Large Gatherings: Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. The maximum number of guests allowed in the house should not exceed the number of beds. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts safely.
