Thoughtfully designed for up to 6 guests, this stylish retreat is perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking the ideal balance of relaxation and luxury.

Step inside to a spacious, open-plan living and dining area where natural light fills the room and chic furnishings invite you to unwind in comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—from high-end appliances to a coffee machine and all the essentials for easy breakfasts or delicious home-cooked dinners. Wide patio doors open directly onto your private pool and sunny terrace, making it effortless to move between indoor and outdoor living.

Upstairs, one of the three bedrooms features a plush double bed, its own en-suite bathroom, blackout curtains, and plenty of storage. The other 2 rooms share a family bathroom. From the upper floors and the private roof garden, you’ll enjoy sweeping views over Ayia Napa and the sparkling Mediterranean—an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking up the sunset.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing and making the most of Cyprus’ beautiful climate. Lounge beside your private pool, enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace, or head up to the roof garden for open views and a refreshing sea breeze.

Elite Sea Breeze is set in a peaceful, upscale neighborhood on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, offering a tranquil retreat while keeping you close to everything. The lively town center—with its popular restaurants, beach bars, cafes, and boutique shops—is only a short drive away. World-famous Nissi Beach and several hidden coves are easily reached by car, giving you endless choices for sunbathing, swimming, or water sports.

For added convenience, grocery and restaurant deliveries are available straight to your door through Wolt or Foody. The villa is also well-placed for exploring the wider region—visit the scenic sea caves, the Cape Greco National Forest Park, or take a stroll along the Ayia Napa harbor.

Whether you’re seeking quiet days by the pool, adventures on the coast, or memorable evenings under the stars on your private roof garden, Elite Sea Breeze provides the perfect home base for your Cyprus holiday.
